Your fingertip will thank you!  I use these when I am sewing the binding down or bonding with the binding as I call it.  The silicon disks are reuseable several times and you won't even know you are wearing one...but your fingertip will!  Try them, I think you will like them.  I have used these for years and decided to share them with you.
